How can I track all my packages?
Most orders are shipped using multiple packages. Our carrier utilizes a Multiple-piece shipment tracker, which allows you conveniently track all of your packages at the same time. Please note, it is common for packages to arrive at different times, so if you only receive part of your order, the rest should be on its way.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Click on the carrier tracking link, which was provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Step 2: From here, select the "Multiple-piece Shipment" section, which is located toward the middle of the page.
