How will I be notified when my order ships?
Once your order is placed, no additional action is needed. We will notify you by email, as soon as your order ships. This email will include your details, as well as personalized tracking information from the carrier.
Can I modify my order?
In order to prevent delivery delays and/or errors, it is our policy not to apply any modifications once your order reaches processing status at our third-party fulfillment center. These modifications include but are not limited to cancellations, shipping, billing/payment, and/or item alterations. If you have an address related concern, you may contact the appropriate carrier, once the order has shipped and you've been issued a tracking number via email.
What If I selected expedited shipping?
If you purchased expedited shipping for your Joovv, please note this will go into effect once the order has shipped. Expedited shipping will not guarantee an earlier shipping window, outside of our standard lead time.
