When will my pre-order ship?

Thanks for pre-ordering a new Joovv device! Our team is busy at work and we're very excited to start shipping our next generation devices. 

We've put together some helpful FAQs below. 

Where do I look for updates on my pre-order status?

All updates related to your pre-order will be posted on this page and emailed out to you directly. Stay tuned for future updates!

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders are estimated to start shipping in January 2021*. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation via email, which will include tracking information from the carrier. 

Will my payment process before the order ships?

Yes. In order to complete your pre-order and reserve your device, our online store will start processing your payment, post checkout. 

Can I modify my pre-order?

Pre-orders can be cancelled up to reaching processing status. In order to prevent delivery delays and/or errors, it is our policy not to apply any modifications once the order is placed. These modifications include but are not limited to the shipping and/or billing address, payment method, and item substitutions.

*Orders will be fulfilled in first come, first serve basis and are estimated to start shipping in January 2021. Depending on the date of your pre-order and high demand, fulfillment dates are subject to change. We will continue to provide up to date communication on all pre-order fulfillment lead times.
