Why does my Joovv control panel show “n0:”?

The "n0:" signal means the device is trying to connect to another device via Bluetooth but can not pair. This happens when the device is in the (Follow) mode. To fix this, power off the device, change the pairing mode switch to the (Neutral) or (Lead) position, and then power on the device again.
