My device is showing an "Err.0" error code.


If you receive an ‘Err.0’ message on the Solo 3.0/Mini 3.0 control panel display, this means the device failed to connect with the Joovv Mobile App.


To help resolve this issue, try unplugging power to the Joovv device for 30 seconds and then repeat the pairing process.
