My device no longer connects to Joovv Mobile App.

PROBLEM: My device no longer connects to Joovv Mobile App.

POSSIBLE CAUSE: User is attempting to pair a previously paired device.

SOLUTION: Try following the steps listed below to remove the device connection history from your mobile device.

Step 1: On your mobile device remove the Joovv device.

For iOS: Visit ‘Settings’ > ‘Bluetooth’ > Under ‘MY DEVICES’ remove all devices that appear as JOOVV-xx-xx.

For Android: Visit ‘Settings’ > ‘Connected devices’ > Under Connected devices remove all devices that appear as JOOVV-X.

Step 2: Delete the Joovv App from your mobile device and redownload from the App Store. When logging back into your Joovv account you may use your existing account credentials. After logging back in, visit ‘Manage devices’ and remove all previously connected devices by clicking on the orange ‘Remove’ text for each device listed.

Step 3: Complete a Factory Reset on your LEAD device. You will need to reprogram the device into LEAD mode after the reset is complete.

(If using a modular kit you will need to reset each FOLLOW device and follow the pairing instructions listed in this manual)

Step 4: Reset your mobile phone device by powering OFF and then back ON. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.

Step 5: Reconnect the LEAD device to the Joovv App by following the prompted steps provided in the App.

Please note, that once a Joovv device is paired you will not have to repair the device each time when attempting to connect. Use the ‘Manage devices’ screen to manage connection with your Joovv device once initially paired.
