My device is showing a "L06" error code.


PROBLEM: My device is displaying a L06 message on the control panel display.

POSSIBLE CAUSE: Device is attempting to upload the session history to the Joovv Mobile App. 

SOLUTION: Allow the device to complete the upload process, this can sometimes take up to several minutes. 


Helpful tips to speed up the L06 process:

  1. Place your mobile device within 1-3 feet of your Joovv device. 
  2. Keep the Joovv App open and your screen awake.
  3. Close out of other Apps that use Bluetooth.
  4. Avoid using your mobile device as a WiFi hotspot.
