What is the Joovv warranty policy?

Thanks for taking the time to register your Joovv with our warranty center.  Before you complete the registration, please take time to read our warranty policy that is listed below.  To register your device and/or system, please complete this form.

The Joovv modular devices (Mini, Solo, Duo, Max, Quad, and Elite) come with a 60-day trial period as well as a 2-year limited warranty.  

The Joovv Go comes with a 14-day trial period as well as a 1-year limited warranty.  

If you have a service request that falls within the warranty coverage, please complete this short form and we'll look into the issue ASAP.

Overview

Joovv, Inc. (“Company”) warranties apply to Joovv light therapy devices ("Products"), and only for Products, registered through joovv.com on behalf of the purchaser of the Products ("Buyer").

What does this limited warranty cover?

These limited warranties cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Company will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or parts of Products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct the problems?

Company will either repair or replace the Products at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement products or parts of Products.  For the first 120 days, Company will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your request. After the first 120 days, Buyer will be responsible for Product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to Company.  Company will be responsible for product shipping charges and related coverage to Buyer while in transit.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for Company Products registered through joovv.com depends on your purchased device and starts from the date of purchase. A replacement Product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product.  The limited warranty is not transferable.

What does the limited warranty not cover?

The limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; damage by natural causes like lightning, floods, or other natural disasters; theft or loss of the Product.
