I tried to update my Joovv and now my device is stuck in OTA, what should I do?

If your device display stays in OTA and will not change back to the time, this could mean the following;

  1. Make sure the WiFi SSID (Username) and password is correct.
  2. Make sure you are using a 2.4 GHz bandwidth router.
  3. Log into your router to see if the Joovv registers under the routers connected device list.  If it is connected it will register as “Espressif”.
