Can I modify my Joovv order?

Once an order has been placed, our third-party typically ships the order 1-5 business days, from the date of purchase. As soon as the order ships or partially ships, you will receive an estimated date of delivery from the carrier, along with tracking information. 

Please note, In order to prevent delivery delays and/or errors, it is our policy not to apply any modifications once your order reaches processing status. These modifications include but are not limited to cancellations, shipping, billing/payment, and/or item alterations. If you have an address related concern, you may contact the appropriate carrier, once the order has shipped and you've been issued a tracking number via email.
