Can I modify my Joovv order?

Once an order has been placed, our third-party typically ships the order 1-2 business days, from the date of purchase. As soon as the order ships, you will receive an estimated date of delivery from the carrier, along with tracking information. 

Please note, once your order reaches processing status, we are no longer able to make any modifications to the order. This includes but is not limited to cancellations, shipping and/or billing, as well as product related. If you have an address related concern, you may contact the appropriate carrier, once the order has shipped and you've been issued a tracking number via email.
