My Joovv won't turn on

First, make sure the power cable is firmly connected to both your Joovv and a working wall outlet. Second, make sure you’re using the right power cable for your geographic region. If you need a different power cable, please reach out to us at help@joovv.com.

If your Joovv still won’t turn on, we’ll have to get some more info to know if it needs to be serviced or replaced. Email us at help@joovv.com with a description of your situation and we’ll get back to you for troubleshooting.
