Freight Shipping

All Max 3.0, Quad 3.0, and Elite 3.0 orders (US only, lower 48 states) will be shipped by freight and delivered curbside. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. International orders will ship small parcel.

Once the order arrives at your local service center, it will be added to the queue for scheduling. Please allow time for the freight carrier to contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date.

Once your shipment arrives, please be aware that for liability reasons, freight carriers are prohibited from bringing deliveries inside your home or business. If you live at a location that limits access to your property you will be responsible for transfer from the closest access point. Rural locations may be limited.

If the delivery is refused or shipped back to the sender due to the carrier being unable to contact the customer, please review our return policy.
