US Shipments
US orders will ship standard ground (non-contiguous if outside of the lower 48 states) and include signature required. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation that includes carrier tracking information. Please note, your order may ship in multiple packages that may not arrive on the same business day.
Signature Required
All orders will automatically include signature required upon delivery. You will be responsible for tracking your shipment and making arrangements to receive your delivery. The original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund for all orders refused at the carrier level and/or returned to sender. Please note, these orders may be subject to additional fees and require an extended processing window, as the item must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.
Orders can be cancelled up to reaching processing status, however in order to prevent delivery delays and/or errors, it is our policy not to apply any modifications once the order is placed. These modifications include but are not limited to shipping and/or billing address, payment method, and item substitutions. Please note, if the customer modifies the shipping address, shipping method, or any other alterations via the carrier, Joovv is not responsible for delays, lost packages and/or failed delivery as a result of these modifications.
