When will my order ship?

Due to high demand and *Covid-19 related delays, all new Joovv Go 2.0 and Generation 3.0 orders are estimated to take up-to 8-12 weeks to ship. 

*World-wide impact on freight shipments due to COVID 19, specifically ports along the west coast, are facing delays due to ships docking and unloading. This includes those used to import Joovv products. In addition, there are delays due to rail and trucking shortages. The combined impact affects the vast majority of US imports.

  • How will I be notified when my order ships?
    • Once your order is placed, no additional action is needed. We will notify you by email, as soon as your order ships. This email will include your details, as well as personalized tracking information from the carrier. 
  • What is the difference between Generation 2.0 and 3.0?
    • Here is a great article that helps explain the similarities and differences between our new Generation 3.0 light therapy devices, and our existing modular Generation 2.0 devices. 
  • Can I modify my order?
    • In order to prevent delivery delays and/or errors, it is our policy not to apply any modifications once your order reaches processing status at our third-party fulfillment center. These modifications include but are not limited to cancellations, shipping, billing/payment, and/or item alterations. 
  • What If I selected expedited shipping?
    • If you purchased expedited shipping for your Joovv, please note this will go into effect once the order has shipped. Expedited shipping will not guarantee an earlier shipping window, outside of our standard lead time. 
  • Do you ship orders internationally?
